The role of intellectual capital in organizational performance: A case study

The specific economics condition dominating many organizations makes explicit assets of them less competitive factors in their success. The asset that, these days, makes these organizations competitive in the current economy is effective management of knowledge and also continuous emphasis on key factors in knowledge assets such as intellectual capitals. Based on that, this study investigates the role of intellectual capital in organizational performance in Pegah Distribution Company. The fundamental question in this study involves whether or not high level of intellectual capital results in a high level of organizational performance. The method for gathering data is the personal questionnaire and the field explanatory method is used. The spirman co relational test and approval factor analysis was used for analyzing data. The outcomes demonstrate intellectual capital components have meaningful effect on organizationalperformance Pegah Distribution Company. In the end, regarding the findings, some suggestions are presented for population managers.
