Leadership Comparison Between The Iran's Islamic Revolution And The Egypt's Revolution

Abstract:
Three years after a popular uprising in Egypt, it is clear, revolutionary leadership has largely failed to respond to changes, challenges and opportunities in the domestic and regional environments. While, a large number of politicians and analysts believe that the success of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the in the domestic and regional environments, are rooted in Islamic Revolution under Imam Khomeini's Transformational Leadership. The question arises that why revolutionary leadership has failed in Egypt and why has succeeded in Iran. it seems that lack of Transformational Leadership in the Egyptian Revolution was the causes of the failure of the revolution. While, Imam Khomeini's leadership in the Iran's Islamic Revolution had features such as Charisma, Vision, Emotional intelligence (EI) and willingness to changes.
