The Investigation of the Effect of Culture on Security Issue

Message:
Abstract:
The Islamic Republic of Iran has always been faced with external and internal threats due to its locative and geopolitical conditions during the history; therefore, the security issue is of great importance. Today, the security issue may be introduced in different aspects of economic, political, cultural, social, and military security. When it comes to talk about national security, we must first find some ways to the threats. It seems that the biggest threat in this domain is the cultural threat, and in this period of time the fundamental question that can be addressed is that why the issue of security and its relationship with culture is important? This study has been done in a descriptive-analytic method. In this study, contentanalysis method has been used; in fact this method is a way in which we addressed an accurate description and in-depth understanding of the content. The purpose of this method is that we can more realistically identify the properties ofthe text or a piece of writing and make inferences from them. The results showed that the low public level of culture, ignorance, poverty, the vision of the people towards culture and national values lead to reduction of national security.
