Planning a Transcendental Organization Model Based on Nahjolbalaghah (Case Study: Higher Education Institutions in Mashhad)

The goal of this study was to present a model Based on Nahjolbalaghah for the organization. To achieve this goal, a conceptual model of research is designed. This model includes four latent variables. Each one of these latent variables has observed variables. On the basis of the conceptual model, the questionnaire for the measurements of the variables was composed. The statistic society of this research is higher education institutes in Mashhad. 154 questionnaires were gathered. SPSS 16.0 and LISREL 8.50 software for statistical analysis of data is used. The conceptual research model was approved by factor analysis, path analysis and structural equation. The authors of the article conclude the approval of the mentioned model and a significant and positive relationship between god, others, us and transcendental organization according to Nahjolbalaghah.
