The Effects of Implementing Curricula Meta-Theories on Educational Performances of Faculty Members of Tehran Universities in Educational Sciences

This research aims to study the applications of curriculum Meta theories Performances of Faculty Members of Tehran Universities in Educational Sciences in 2009-2010. This study applied a descriptive survey approach. The data were gathered by a researcher-made questionnaire and the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were measured by Meta theory Miller, Eisner, Hunecke, Walker through 30 items. The subjects were chosen by random sampling and a sample of 87 individuals was selected. The data analysis was done by software SPSS. 17. The results of the study suggest that the faculty members of educational sciences at Tehran Universities mainly use the element of merit-oriented.
