The Study of Importance and Significance of Designed Factors in MAKNA Eight N Neatness System

In today world, attention to timely and optimized service and products supply and the customers expected quality is very necessary. The work environment neatness system is a model that both provide optimal and healthy work environment and supply qualitative service and products timely. The performance of many organizations implementing neatness systems indicates that they lack productivity and their service and products have inappropriate quality. The main reason is the incorrect implementation of this system. Attention to correct implementation of these systems in Iran police is very important due to extension, importance and sensitivity of theses service in this force. Therefore designing a model according to Iran police specific structure is studied. This neatness model named eight “N” is introduced. In this research after the introduction of the factors of MAKNA eight N neatness system, the significance of each factors using questionnaire method and gathering the views of different individuals are explained. Finally to study the significant of the factors, statistics analysis is done and the factors of cleanness and innovation have received the most and the least significance level respectively.
