The Study Role of Teacher Professional Knowledge & Self-efficacy on Relationship Positive & Negative Styles with Their Students

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to study the role of professional knowledge& self- efficacy teachers on their relationship styles with students. Participants of this study were 99 female teachers in third grade in Tehran guidance school. The samples were selected by Multiple Cluster Sampling from Tehran city educational districts 3، 6 & 18. Data was collected by 3 Questionnaire that are: Teacher & Student Relationship Questionnaire، Professional Knowledge Teachers Questionnaire & Self –efficacy of Teachers Questionnaire. Reliability these instruments calculated by alpha Cronbach Coefficient & its Validity determined by content method. Data analyzed by multiple regression analysis. Multiple regression analysis showed that professional knowledge & self- efficacy are anticipator in positive relationship style. But in negative relationship style، only teacher self- efficacy have power of anticipation. The result showed that professional knowledge is an important variable in educational processes.
