Review of Domestic Neatness System of Iran Police and a Survey in its Deployment in Tehran City Selected Police Stations

Regarding competition increase in today world in the field of products and service and expectation increase of people referring to police, the necessity of attention to providing better and quicker service in Iran police is felt. Yet many reports indicated that the neatness system is not implemented correctly and it is inefficient in Iran industry and service sectors. The performance of many organizations implementing the plan indicated that they have still suffered from deficiency in productivity and quality of their products and services. The main reason is that this system is not implemented correctly. However factors such as culture, religion, belief and personnel commitment to organization could not be overlooked. Many researchers believed that the basis of neatness system implementation should be based on religion and culture structure and in its implementation the organization condition should be considered. Disregarding these bases, neatness system implementation is impossible. Therefore in this research the domestic model of eight “N” is introduced based on Iran police organization condition to increase the personnel social capacity to that the organization excellence targets are achieved. The neatness models of five “S” and seven “S” are introduced and the necessity of their implementation is explained. The advantages and the limitation of neatness system implementation in working environments explained. Finally the condition of MAKNA eight “N” neatness system in Iran police selected police stations in Tehran studied. At the end the results and the extent of co efficiency among suggested models analyzed.
