A study of relationship between Organizational Diagnosis with Entrepreneurship and QWL (Quality of work life) From the Perspective Faculty Members of Bu-Ali Sina University and Medical sciences Universites in Hamadan City

The aim of this study to investigate relationship between organizational diagnosis and entrepreneurial with quality of work Life in Bu-Ali Sina University and Hamadan university of medical sciences From the perspective of faculty members In The academic year is 92-91. the method study is Descriptive and correlation. The population included all faculty members Bu-Ali Sina University and medical sciences university the number of subjects 741. From this number، 254 patients were selected using a stratified random sampling. Data collection Were three questionnaires. 1- Organizational Diagnosis Questionnaire، 2- Entrepreneurial Behaviour Questionnaire in the organization، and 3- Quality of work life questionnaire. To determine the validity of These questionnaires from the method Validity And reliability of three questionnaires Using method Cronbach''s alpha the 0. 87، 0. 81 and 0. 83 is estimated. The results indicate that Average - Organizational diagnosis and Quality of Work Life Lower than average (3) and average Entrepreneurship is Above than average (3) between - Organizational diagnosis and quality of work life Also there are between - Organizational diagnosis and Entrepreneurship in Bu Ali Sina University، and Medical Sciences university Negative correlation and Significant the level 0/01.
