Police Training from Quran and Nahj AlBalagha Perspectives

Abstract:
Present study aims to investigate police education form Quran and Nahj AlBalagha perspectives. Due to their special position and key role in establishing order and security in every country and their special features in close communication with people, it is necessary to focus on police education. The research question for this study was: Do Islamic texts present particular doctrines and methods in police education or has this been neglected by Islam? The goal of this research, thus, is to illustrate the Islamic views, as the main approach in Islamic society, towards police education. The employed methodology of this research was descriptive-analytical. Research findings indicated that Islam emphasizes on utilizing particular doctrines and methods for police education.
