PSYOP wars involving all social classes, all space and time, and its influence among intellectuals and academics, due to their direct relationship with the community and using more information is higher than other peoples. The fundamental mission of the university (faculty needs, and cultural information society) requires the entry of an informed, courageous and timely to the environment, and cover up the Cultural mission of soft war. This paper examines and explains the types of soft war, describes the mission of the university, and offer practical approaches to the mission of the community.
