Author(s):
Abstract:
The study of organizational culture acts as a data collection tool that enables managers to prioritize issues, and identify the perceptions and expectations of employees, comparing the sectors and working groups, so as to improve the gap between status quo and a desired one. This paper aims to examine the impact of organizational culture on the entrepreneurship component in RIPI. The study population included all of 200 employees, 127 of which were selected using random sampling. For data collection, two standard questionnaires of Marguerite Hill regarding organizational entrepreneurship and Cameron and Quinn’s organizational culture questionnaire were used. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between variable of organizational culture and components of group culture, adhocracy culture, market culture and organizational entrepreneurship.
