The Study of relationship between time management organizational skills with managers organizational creativity

The main purpose of this research was to study the relationship between time management organizational skills with managers organizational creativity. A correlation research method was used.The statistical population (N=130) included all secondary school principals of hamedan city.Using Statistical random sampling method and based on kerjcie & morgan table about 110 subject were selected as study sample.The data gathering instrument was Randcipp organizational creativity standard scale and a researcher made questionnairet.the instrument validity using content and formal validity reported as acceptable by experts and its reliability using cronbach alpha coefficient computed (./86&./91). The collected Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics indices and inferential statistics such as pearson correlation coefficient and one–sample t-test. Findings showed that there are positive and significant relation between time management organizational skills and secondary school managers creativity. Also finding swowed that there were not any significant relation betwween components such as objective prioritization sessions and communication management with organizational creativity but the relation betwween operational planing and authoritydeligation was significant.
