Human resource training and development in organization

Abstract:
To reach to organizational goals depend on personnel abilities in implementing duties and adaptation to changeable environment. human resource training and development were caused to implement activities effectively and increase personnel efficiency corresponding organizational changes and environment. todays, the most important feature of the organization is change.in such different and complicated environmental conditions together with rapid changes, if organizations, managers and personnel could not adopt to emerging changes, they will certainly eliminate. todays, organizations need learning more and more. According to researches, there is positive link between personnel training and their productivity.it is necessary to identify process, resources and training in organization and then plan them in a scientific model. Personnel training and improvement were affected values and personal satisfaction which are strategic in personal level and were caused improving and developing in organization level. This paper is to investigate training process including need assessment, evaluation, and personnel training effectiveness, necessaries and limitations.
