Abstract:
Translation of reading (Qera’at) of Qur’an in Sallah is one of secondary subjects in the Qur’an translation’s field. About Qur’an’s translation, scholars and Qur’anic researches have different views but most of Fariqain’s scholars allow for translation of Qur’an. Therefore allowing or not allowing to translation of Qur’an and also reading Soorah of Hamd’s translation from long time ago were discussed by jurisconsults and interpreters as well and Islamic scholars have observation about it. Between Islamic Sects the subject of permitting to Qur’an’s translation in Sallah was discussed by Abu Hanifah for the first time. This article would discussed this issue between Islamic Sects, and finally illustrates that in addition to consensus of Shia scholars through impermissibility of Qur’an’s translation in Sallah Shafe’iyah, Hanbaliyah and Malekiyahh have the same idea too, and in some jurisprudence texts shows that Abu Hanifah return from his ex-idea. Although in other texts this idea was not accepted.
