Strategic control is the last step in strategic management and its kind of organization control that it for improvement management. The aimof this research that is recognized that which kind of control for goal realization vission documents 20 years old IRI more important and more influency? Strategic control is the last step in strategic management and it is kind of organization control that it is for improvement management. The purpose this research that is recognized that which kind of control for goal realization vision documents 20 years old IRI more important and more influence? Variable and vision document purpose as a dependent variable and vision document goal as a dependent variable that the numbers of 65 subjects and in the 6 subject from among experts. Participants are selected to tall 20 persons from among experts and management professor. In this research has used a Delphi Way. Data gathers by library studies and questionnaires٫ researcher and participants. The finds has shown that Human Oriented control is very important for the 6 strategic goals of the vision documents 20 years old of the Islamic Republic of Iran ٫ and the four strategic controls as a cluster independent variable has effective %75 on the six strategic purposes as a cluster (independent variable) ٫ on the basic of finds in this study.
