The Explaining of Organizational Transcendence's Components in I.R.Iran's Land Forces

The Par pose of this research is answering this question that what are the organizational transcendence’s components in I.R.Iran’s land forces? This research was based of descriptive method and consequence based on developing – functional type. The statistical populations of this research are all of the Army’s brigadier general staff who has at least master’s degree that we have elected then by applying targeted sampling method. We have elected 31 people of them as statistical sample by the method. We collected findings of this research with applying library method distributing questionnaire and using with statistical method (binomial test and spireman solidarity index) for analyzing them. The result of research showed that the components of organizational transcendence of Iran’s Army are “leadership (commander and management), guiding columns (road-books, strategies and politics), organizational structure, personals management, processes and systems, organization culture and environment, technology and equipment’s, knowledge management, learning and innovation, military spirit, belligerent power, social responsibility and public respondent.
