The question of present study is that how Tangseer can be considered in the order of political discourse, as a discourse?, and how has formed the content of this discourse? In this regard, after analysis of description, and interpretation levels of Tangseer’s political discourse and with emphasis on five hypotheses, affecting factors on its content has been studied. The most important findings of this study suggest that according to horizon of 1960’s first years, struggle with dominant discourse, has been on the agenda of the author. This literary work, is not only in dialogical opposition of dominant discourse, but also has formed in dialogue with the other discourses in that time. dominant ideological world at that time, and interests of groups & competing discourses, has made content of Tangseer as special. therefore, it has been effected at least of chubak’ cultural capital, and Unlike most of his works, it is a commitment and political work.
