Investigation of relation between work values with job and work involvement among oil refinery personnel of Isfahan

The aim of the current research was to investigate relation between work values with job and work involvement among oil refinery personnel of Isfahan. The sample was selected via simple randomized method among 269 persons of oil refinery in 1388 year, to access research aims. Research design was correlation study and the instrument were work values of Furnham and job and work involvement of Kanungo. Stepwise regression analysis was applied for analyzing data. Findings indicate that job involvement has significant relation with individual and group achievement factor, while work involvement show relation with individual and group achievement and wage and benefits of work.
