Methods of Communicating with Addressees of Religious Training

Religious training is formed when a religious issue is properly conveyed from instructors to their target groups. The present article, while offering definitions for “mankind communications”, “social communications” and “religious training” reviews ways of communicating with target groups from Islam’s viewpoint. Whereas, mass media plays an undeniable role in the methods, cognition of facilities of traditional and modern media is of high importance. In the current circumstances, wherein a huge volume of information and either processed or raw data is in circulation, and information community is described on this basis; conveyance of religious messages, especially the messages dealing with religious training become of higher importance. The basic question raised in the article based on the above-mentioned issues is “How will be the methods of communication in a community based on information to be utilized in religious training?” The answer is that, from Islam viewpoint there are various ways to communicate with individuals. The methods include debate, delivering lectures, performing sermons, letters, teaching, stories, prayers, recitation of verses from Holy Quran, which may be explained in two frameworks: human communication and collective communication. Therefore, some recommendations are offered for communicating with addresses.
