Modeling of agile manufacturing system by using system dynamics approach

One of the most important factors in the survival and development in today changing environment (uncertain and variable) is agility. Fundamental properties of this environment are change and uncertainty. How should organizations act in this environment to preserve the position, gain maximum benefit and progress? Agile manufacturing system is a new solution to cope with these challenges. But since the implementation of agile manufacturing system is very time consuming and costly, one way to evaluate and promote aspects of this system is simulated. This paper aims to analyze and improve the behavior of agile manufacturing system by using system dynamics modeling. After modeling the agile manufacturing system some scenarios has implemented in the model and behavior of key factors verify the model.
