During the history of the US, these people have been under hegemony of a higher - wealthy - class. Therefore, a key question has been always that “who has the ‘real power’ in the United States?” This article introduces four categories of commercial, governmental, cultural and media elites in the US. Then employing statistics and descriptive-analytical method, will study the dynamism of higher class and elites in the United States. The Findings could contribute to better understanding of the political situation, social order and decision making mechanism in the United States.
