Studing Effectiveness of Eraining NAJA Personnel on Duty at Mazandaran Province Years 91 to 92

Abstract:
The overall objective of this study is the effectiveness of training NAJA personnel on duty at mazandaran province. According to application and data collection, this study is descriptive-experimental.the subjects in this research contained all employee of police chief of mazandaran province who have passed training on duty course during years 1391 to 1392. The value of sample is 302 people that have been selected by Morgan and krejcie table. The questionnaire conducted by researcher regarding reliability and face validity has been confirmed by supervisors and experts in which the reliability according to Krambach was 0/969 Descriptive analysis includes demographic table and inferential analysis was conducted by rejecting and accepting hypotheses by SPSS and freedman test. The result indicates that training police force on duty directly influenced on responsibility of personnel and understanding of career. Also training personnel affects on promoting management ability of personnel` and mutual interaction between co workers and clients.
