Excessive fluctuations in blood pressure during surgery of pheochromocytoma
Pheochromocytoma has Complicated and challenging anesthetic management. Modern anethstetic techniques، new drugs and advanced monitoring have Improved intra oprative stability. In this report a 40- years- old man was presented that admitted due to tachyarythmia and hypertension with diagnosis of Pheochromocytoma. Patient had excessive blood pressure fluctuations during surgery despite adequate preoperative medical treatment. Patient''s blood pressure gradually became stable within six hours after surgery.
