The Investigation of Okun's Law and Asymmetry of This Relationship in Iran

This study، investigates the Okun''s law and asymmetry of this relationship in Iran over the period 1360-1389. For this reason three filters: HP، BK and CF are used to obtain the periodic terms of variables. The estimation results over three filters indicate that the Okun''s law and extended of this low is valid in Iran economy. The tests also show that this relationship is asymmetric.
