The Survey on Ways of Making the Culture of Sacred Defense Effective with an Emphasis on the Role of the Media, Government an Authors

In this article, the study, which is the result of the field research in a Delphi way, has been conducted to find the ways on making the culture of sacred defense effective. In this study, the views of the authors which published works on sacred defense were gained through three-step interviews and panel. Then, it was analyzed using statistical inference (factor and path analyses) based on Roman and Jakobson’s theoretical pattern. The researcher got 8 new factors or variables to recognize hidden and effective factors on the sacred defense works using factor analysis of 32 variables that have been determined by specialists are followed as: cultural planning, cultural policy making, implementation and the ways of receiving works, media tools, government supervision on works, the autonomy of professional authors, people-based monitoring, stability in the policies of governing body. In the next step, the researcher established six new variables by mixing propositions and variables stated by specialists, that is- 32 variables which are based on the analytical model of the research. The researcher determined that the effect of these variables on the variable of generation of the professional sacred defense works, then determined the effect of all of them on reception and satisfaction of the addressees.
