The study of ten years periods of Iran National Quality Award for efficiency of Iran police quality management

In this article while Iran National Quality Award is studied and its dimensions and features are criticized and compared, the features and the indicators of this reward is compared with Iran police quality management. Through interview with Iran police quality management and Iran National Quality Award administers, distribution of questionnaire among National Quality Award superior organizations and its analysis by SSPS software and ranking the weak and strong points of this reward using Kendall's coefficient of concordance, the strong and weak points of Iran police quality management are expressed. In general the main values of Iran police quality management and expansion and the growth of participating organizations, the exchange of successful experience of participating organizations, special attention to behavioral criteria, and the support of commanders from this plan and the existence of rewards are part of these values. The suggestions include holding appraisal meeting in groups, more attempts to improve clients and personnel results due to model more expectations from police stations to display these behaviors, more usage of National Quality Award strong points by Iran police quality management in organization namely first familiarity of personnel with targets and policy and second recognition of strong and weak points of participating organizations and the study of the necessity of strictness of ranking process or the study of model adjustment in future and the reduction of formalities and easy communication with organization can be effective should internet data base set up.
