A framework Suggestion of purposeful public notification and education for police service improvement

Knowledge increase and people notification are among factors to increase performance and behavioral quality. Therefore education، public notification and relearning are inseparable parts of organizations which have considered service quality growth as their targets. Public notification and education in Iran police in addition to improve service quality، resulted in notifying individual in society and is a tool for realization of social security. Success in prevention of accidents and crime required provision of integrated plans and managerial understanding of prevention methods and process. Furthermore filtration and targeting education plans regarding addressees characteristics are among executional requirements of any educational plan. In this article a framework for targeting education and public notification are introduced to improve service quality. Introduced framework has three main processes which each in turn analyzes target society using data mining methods، codification of educational approaches، adaptation with target community and execution of educational plan. To study introduced framework، a case study among offending drivers in traffic police domain was carried out.
