Jurisprudential Approach to the Criteria of Prescription and Selection in Reducing Embryo

Embryo reduction is a way to overcome the risks of multiplicity of Embryo. But counting that as an example of abortion on one hand and ethical and jurisprudential problems on the other hand has emerged special issues in this area. Citation to legal rules such as “nodisadvantage”, “no-danger” and “defend”, can be useful in an attempt to find jurisprudential criteria, but this issue facing challenges in artificial multiplicity. Embryo’s fault, importance of keeping embryo from medical point of view, ease of reduction, random sampling and change can be criteria for choosing in reducing embryo.
