Citizen Satisfaction Evaluation of Police+10 Services with Approach of Citizen Relationship Management

Citizen relationship management is one of important and basic subjects in new governmental management. The police of Iran, as one of the governmental ruling sections, is responsible for representing a part of governmental services in the country that is a need for all citizen. Today with information and connection technology improvement, using information technology in NAJA, not only is a choice but also is a need. In order to improve services and citizen satisfaction is necessary. The purpose of the research is to increase the citizen satisfaction with approach of citizen relationship management. Accordingly, in this paper, citizen satisfaction has been evaluated and analyzed through representing services by POLICE+10 centers and also the effects of representing e-services in it. Research methodology is metric-descriptive and is gathered from questionnaires. The population included the citizens of Tehran and the sample is 100 person which has been resulted from quantity sample formula in unlimited society. Research hypotheses have been evaluated by binomial test. The results show that citizen are not satisfied with ease of payment, personal time, receptionist attitude, user mistakes correction availability, easy process, access to location services, track process and connection with related organizations and believe that using online services will results ease of process and improve track in representing services.
