Assessing of Idealized Influence of Principals status in Educational Complexes in Salehabad city in 2011-12 academic year

Idealized influence is one of transformational leadership dimensions that followers respect & trust leader. Leader sacrifice & attention to ethical values cause leader berole modeloffollowers. The purpose of this study is investigating assessing of idealized influence of Principals status in educational complexes in salehabad city in study year 2011-12. Statistic society was 541 teachers of primary & junior secondary schools. The sample was 226 people selected by a proportional sampling. Sampling froma administrations statistic society (N:23) implement to statistic style. Researcher- designed questionnaire (38 questions)usesfor evaluation of administrations idealized influence that is completed by teachers & 206 questionnaire collection & analyzed. The results suggest that mark mean of administrations idealized influence of educational societies of salehabad is higher than medium & administrations Idealized Influence is in desirable level.
