Amis in Training Juvenile Police in Iran

The present paper tries to clarify variables, indices, and aims in the process of training juvenile police in Iran. Questionnaire was used to collect the required data. Interviews were also done to get the necessary data. Spss and Lisrel were used to analyze the data. Indices like NNFI, GFI, and CFI in the presented model proves the significance of the model. Indices represent the following factors: The first factor: observing the international standards of the juveniles rights convention; The second factor: specialization of the police services for the juvenile; The third factor: preventing the juvenile's victimization; The fourth factor: Interacting with the national and international organizations and institutes related to the juvenile's rights.
