Iran`s outlook for next twenty years is the country's most important strategic documents, that fulfillment of its objectives faced in the long term with a variety of opportunities and threats. In this document stipulates that Iranian society on the horizon of this outlook will be "secure society, independent and powerful tool of deterrence immersive defense and continuity of government and the people" so the country`s supreme defense doctrine is based on "full containment", Hence, any move that will lead to the conclusion that be denied the invasion from the country or against I.R. Iran, it Will be a deterrent and defensive function. This article has sought to use the principles of thought and attitude of systematic defense (system), is designed a process for provide country`s comprehensive deterrence doctrine. It is obvious that the design of an efficient deterrence doctrine is based on the central idea of Islamic Republic of Iran, it not only can increase the country's defense capability, but enemies will be shaken to go to war. This research was done with analytical method. The population consists of documents and publications on the subject and the opinions of the defense experts.
