Implementation model of professional ethics in organizations

This article is based on a field study entitled "Designing a model of implementation of ethics in organizations" has been developed; The purpose of the study in terms of application and the descriptive survey method that has been done with regard to the quantitative modeling; In the first study of factors affecting professional ethics on the basis of evidence from reliable sources available on the Delphi technique extraction and refining most important factors of the respective experts. Furthermore, the effect and importance and priority of each of the identified factors to determine the pattern is designed based on a systematic approach. The findings suggest that factors affecting the implementation of professional ethics in organizations in three dimensions: individual, organizational and environmental factors can be contemplated.
