The courses were evaluated using Kirkpatrick model, and after implementing the third level of this model and detecting the low level of change in behavior (training transfer), Holton’s instrument has been implemented to realize the main causes. In order to analyze the data of LTSI the following tests were used: descriptive and analytic statistics, t-test, Pearson Correlation. The results showed that Individual factors (2.68), organizational factors (3.47), and program factors (3.07) which affecting transfer of training were its barriers in Tehran University.
