Surveying Effective Factors on Kidnapping Case Study of Investigative Police in Kerman

Kidnapping is one of the crimes that create disorder and spiritual and material injuries in society so that its creation has wide view in public opinion. Police as a force combating against any kinds of crime is required to identify influencing factors and their influence on kidnapping. This research is conducted functionally and descriptive considering purpose and method and gathering view of experts in investigative police in Kerman. Questionnaire is used to gather data; the findings show that three economic, geographical and social factors are effective in kidnapping. Social factors and its related indicators have more influence than others.
