A Survey on the Problems of Control of Foreigners

Control of foreigners in port of entry is one of police duties and from their arrival to departure police should control them.Due to police responsibility on providing societal security, the outcome of foreigner's presence in country is one of the main problems of police forces that should be study.In this essay we are going to recognize and prioritize the security outcomes in the country. Moreover we are trying to find and represent the way of this problem from arrival to departure. Research method is descriptive survey and samplings are personnel's of security police in the province of Tehran. Population is about 100 of the sample that had been selected by total counting.Collection instrument is questionnaire. Results show that the main problem for controlling foreigners are included: lack of databases, lack of experts personnel, training weakness, parallel organizations, weakness of constitution and lack of guarantee to apply precept and unfamiliar with foreign language, political instability.
