The reflection of fidelity of Teimoori's rulers to Shari a in functions of inspectors in this era

Abstract:
Religious magistrature (hisba) is an administrational institution which inspector is a guarantee for performing public order in Islamic society basing on religious and conventional laws. In this article with utilizing from library sources and with descriptive – analytic method examines inspectors’ function in Teimoori’s era. Teimoori with pretension of fidelity to Shari’a of Islam cause to blossoming inspectors, in a case that in a city two inspectors were working contemporarily. But there were a gap between this superficial blossom and the real face of inspectors. As a result with disarray and past raptures the attempts of Teimoori and inspectors were only renew a small part of this institution.
