Relationship between job satisfaction of employees with family mental health In a military unit
Abstract:
Introduction
People spend a large part of their daily life at work sittings. Job atmosphere has important impact on employees’ family life and mental health of them. This study examines the relationship between job satisfaction of employees and family (wife and children) mental health. Method
the present research is a descriptive and analytical study. Sample included 399 families (including the head، spouse and one child). They selected through a multi-stage cluster random sampling method.. The material included the job description index (JDI) and GHQ. The data analyzed with SPSS software. Pearson correlation and multiple regression were used. Results
the Alpha coefficient for mental health was0. 94 and for job satisfaction was0. 95 There is a positive relationship between employees’ job satisfaction and mental health of their family. The relationship between the spouses depression subscales inaction productivity level (P>0. 5) is significant. Happiness with job is a key factor for promoting job quality. On the other hand it can be effective in improving the mental health of individuals and their families.Keywords:
