The Effects of Comprehensive Quality Management and Organization Learning on Organization Excellence

In changing world, the process of learning has transformed. World of organization and business are not stable and what has been effective in the past may not be effective in the future. Therefore through learning new habits should be acquired so that our organization will change into learning organization in that case the survival and success of organization will be certain and absolute. Quality management is one of tools that can usher organization towards organization excellence and learning. In this article the effect of comprehensive quality management on organization learning is studied. Likewise the mediatory role of organization learning as superior enabler for organizations in relation between quality management and organization excellence are studied. Research data are collected from manufacturing companies in Rasht industrial city. The research method is descriptive - metric. Information was collected through questionnaires and structural equation modeling and partial least square were used for data analysis. Research findings indicated that comprehensive quality management along with mediatory of organization learning have effect on organization excellence.
