The concept of corporate social responsiveness and the necessity of explaining its factors at Iran's public organizations

Appearing trends have inclined public management to movement from inside out. Public change should invole manifestation of citizenship feeling in its performance. It is required to redefine public organizations feeling on society. Today، public management is considered as public issuses management for improvement of public interest and making belief in corporates'' social responsibilities is the base of public issuses management. Recently concept of corporate social responsibility has changed to the corporate social responsiviness. This research has dealt with explaining and developing factors of Corporate social responsiveness concept for Iran''spublic organizations so that it has presented 5 dimensions، 11 factors and 28 criteria for the concept. The research is an applied developmental study in terms of purpose and in viewpoint of method، is descriptive one and in correlation exploratory type that has been accomplished via Delphi technique and structural equations (SEM).
