Key components of the Islamic Republic of Iran,s cultural diplomacy

In this paper the main aim is the classification of the components of the cultural diplomacy of the I.R.I and to achieve to its key elements. Therfore to answer to the question"what is the key component of the Islamic Republic of Iran,s cultural diplomacy?" In a process mixed method of quantitative and qualitative, exploratory studies and studies conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of a set of 70 component elements of cultural diplomacy, the Delphi method is to identify and evaluate. Then with the help of experts in the field of foreign policy and their assessment, ranking and prioritization of cultural diplomacy elements in 4 groups of related indicators; indicators related to the purpose and message of diplomacy, diplomacy operating parameters, indicators and instrumental- way indices, cultural diplomacy programs and 10 sub-groups of the existing and desired situation are done that each indicator indicates itself importance. In this study, after analyzing the ratings of components, T-test and analysis of the gap between current and desired status, argued that what should be on the agenda for the cultural diplomacy of pure Islam, conveying the message of the Islamic Revolution and the Islamic Republic foreign policy, considered the realization of, maximum use of the tools and methods of cultural diplomacy ranging fromhuman factors expert, formal and informal, as well as tools and methods of cultural tools such as audio-visual products in the areas of physical and virtual cyber exchanges and cultural diplomacy.
