Standardization of social support scale (mos) of adults with chronic diseases in Ilam

Children and young people are the future of any country, therefore, establishment of a good family, society, and appropriate learning environment should be the goal of every nation. The aim of this study is measuring the life satisfaction in the guidance and high school students in Ilam.
The Multidimensional Students Life Satisfaction Scale (MSLSS) that was made in 1994 by Huebner and colleagues, is a behavioral scale in order to the Personal judgment of the wellbeing in the quality of life based on the selection criteria for each individual and it has an effective role in the health and personal development.
In this study, the scale is on the guidance and high school students in Ilam. This scale is a 40-term instruments that measures the different areas of life and it has 5 sub-scales (Family 7 phrases, friends 9 phrases, School 8 phrases, environment 9 phrases, and self 7 phrases). The study population in this study is 188 guidance school students (95 girls and 93 boys) and 212 high school students (154 boys and 58 girls) who they are studying in the city of Ilam in the school year 94-93.
The instruments used in this study are the multi-dimensional measure of student satisfaction with life, academic achievement and mental health scale.
To assess the reliability of the test from Cronbach's alpha coefficient the concurrent validity and factor analysis were used. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used for calculation and all analysis is done by SPSS software version 21. The overall result showed that between life satisfaction and academic achievement of students, there is a significant positive relationship.
