Comprehensive code of conduct in the words of Imam Ali (AS)

Managers and staff in today’s organizations To do better individual and organizational affairs, In addition to setting rules and professional principles, require a set of ethical guidelines and values, which can play a significant role in following the organization’s objectives. This set of guidelines is developed in a document entitled Code of Ethics, and contains some moral and ethical standards in order to create harmony and unity among stakeholders of the organization. On the other hand, due to Muslim religious teachings and spiritual engagements, this Code of Ethics can be established by using the commands, written and eloquent words of Imam Ali (AS). The article, by taking a comprehensive code of conduct model and, Nahjolbalagha as a selection of sermons, letters and sayings of Imam Ali (AS) as the largest monumental work in the circle of culture, science and human thought is trying to provide a comprehensive code of ethics which includes outlines and elements in four dimensions of individual, organization, community and government.
