Fiscal Policy Making in Sublime Governorship from the Perspective of Nahjolbalaghe

Foresight and planning affairs in light of sharp view of policy maker and with regard to the future interests of the government is one of the supreme governance requirements. Current prescriptive policies draw future prospects and financial policies shape social events. Social events followed by future events. Therefore, the future is under influenced of those financial flows which shape the social construction of society. Common aspirations of each community members help the continuity and sustainability of that community. Free flow of information and transparency in current procedures caused the stability and integrity of government, reinforcement of the public participation in decision-making and increase the public confidence in the authorities. In this study verses and quotations from the Quran and Methods and lifestyle of ahl al-bayt (Peace be upon them), especially the governance practices of Imam Ali (Peace be upon him), in the field of fiscal policymaking and ethical considerations relating to it has been observed. Optimal utilization of resources left from the past cause the prosperity of society and the immunity of it against the social and financial damages. It also provides the benefits of present time and future interests. Furthermore, it assumes the responsibility of the serial consequences of decisions and policies. The commitment to trusteeship and wise use due to the needs of next generations is essential for achieving the sublime governorship's characteristics.
