Designing the model of organizational entrepreneurship based on organizational system components in the Ministry of youth and sports

Abstract:
The aim of this study is providing an organizational entrepreneurship pattern in the Ministry of sports and youth of Islamic Republic of Iran. The main innovative system components are human resources system, financial system, bonuses and payments, payroll, performance evaluation, research and development and information system which they are as institutional variables. The statistical population 430 people consist of all experts and managers of the Ministry of youth and sports and the number of statistical sample is 203 people. To assess innovative system components and organizational entrepreneurship was used Hagh Shenas(based on a sample contain 30 persons ) questionnaire with 0/87 reliability and 0/76 validity. For the analysis of data were used Statistical methods include sample t-test and path analysis. Finally the LISREL software was used to design model. The results of the research showed the level of innovative system and organizational entrepreneurship (2/75) is less than average (3). As well as a positive and statistically significant relationship (P=0/001) was observed between each of the innovative system components within the organizational entrepreneurship. Also the proposed model had (optimal) goodness of fitting. The result of the research indicates that the Ministry of sport and youth lack the entrepreneurial system.
