Condition of Strategic Uncertainty in the US - Afghanistan Security Agreement (April 2012)

Abstract:
Afghanistan's National assembly approved Security agreement with the United States in a position that the signs of the "security puzzle", in the strategic environment in South Asia were formed. In one hand, the Taliban and Al - Qaeda force continue their strategic activities and on the other hand, the government, parliament and people of Afghanistan have concerned about the process. Social and political structures of Afghanistan face with two threats in the existing conditions that affect the Process of Future cooperation of the Afghanistan's state with regional countries and major powers.
It seems that the security contract is as maintaining the government and ignoring the part of the necessities of sovereign. This situation means deciding in the status of the security crisis. In non-zero-sum and game theory, the interaction condition is created among the actors. Actors have no common motivations but have conflicting interests and in some cases have common interests. Thus, making decision about the security agreement of the United States and Afghanistan may be assessed in the situation of strategic uncertainty and in the Framework of game theory.
