Studying the Role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment in a learning organization

The aim of this study is to study the role of job satisfaction in organizational commitment of teachers in an educational organization. The current review is a correlation description that is done with survey methodology. The population is consisted of all secondary school teachers of Karaj metropolitan, 403 teachers were selected by using cluster sampling method and the Morgan table. Two standard questionnaires were used to collect data and all of them had good reliability and validity. After the reliability and construct validity analysis, Research hypotheses were tested with Pearson correlation coefficient and standard multiple regression. results showed a correlation between job satisfaction and teachers organizational commitment. Also after analyzing multiple regression among the three dimensions of job satisfaction (Internal satisfaction, external satisfaction and general satisfaction), external satisfaction and general satisfaction of the teachers were explaining the significance of organizational commitment.
