Evaluation of housing Sustainability in social housing policies, Case study: Hezar Dastgah Rental housing of Khorramabad city

The widescreen middle of population age pyramid of Iran shows now planners encounter with the problem of young people housing; One of the low-income groups housing policy in Iran has been rental or lease-purchase housing construction. This research is a descriptive- analytical study; and in it Data collection was made by two surveys - cross-sectional- and library methods. The multiple and linear regression models, Pearson correlation as well as T-test is used. Quantitative dimensions and accessibility indexes have been equal to average. According to Pearson correlation, the correlations have been between the two variables of performance and sense of place (0.57) and social dimensions and efficiency (0.50). the results of the regression analysis shows that Indicator of social relations (0.67),cultural aspects (0.47) , socio-cultural aspects of building sustainability index with (0.27) and quantitative(0.31) is the most important role in the efficiency of housing. Based on the results of statistical models, among all levels of the model, accessibility and Quantitative indicators is just rated at moderate level. All other indicators are reported very low. Multiple linear regression analysis also indicates the fact that housing stability is an important impact on increasing the efficiency of housing. Thus the factors such as sense of place, socio- cultural and ecological dimensions of housing have the highest role in the housing performance.
