The effect of 3-nitro- 4hydroxy phenyl arsonic acid supplement on growth, productive parameters and performance of coccidioacetates

The purpose of this research was to studying the effect of 3- nitro- 4hydroxy phenyl arsonic acid on growth parameters such as: weight gain,feed consumption ratio and its strengthening effect of this drug for the functional effect of salinomycin on broiler chickens in a commercial farm. This study had been performed in a broiler farm in two similar houses with the capacity of 5500 and 5200 birds in every house with chicks from cobb parent stock.250 gram per ton from 20 % of the product was added to the diet in one of the two houses (experimental group) from the first day to the end of growth period.However,the chickens in other house (control group) were fed with similar diets without the drug.The diets of both group contained salinomycin for prevention of coccidiosis. At 28 days of age, from control and experimental group,100 chickens were randomly chosen, and were kept isolated in separate pens.These chickens were contaminated experimentally and orally by mixeture of four species of common Eimeria in Iran (Eimeria acervulina, E. tenella , E. maxima and E. necatrix). From the seventh day, of contamination,for 5 consecutive days, their faeces were collected (500 gram) and every group have been performed OPG separately.Results showed that the numbers of faecal oocysts per gram faces in experimental house to control house in days1,2,3,4 and 5 were decreased by 26%,15.6%,47%,27.4%,and 31.3% respectively. The decrease of 0.36(8%) in FCR and 4% in mortality rate and increase of 250 grams in average of final weight in experimental group points out the effective and statistic result of this drug to the measured factors.
